Lisa Delewski has worked at Wind-lock since 1998 in many aspects of the business including Sales, Marketing, Administration, Black Lab Apparel, and now in Customer Sales Support. She has two awesome kids - Joseph and Anna who are the light of her life and a Shnug dog named Sadie. When she's not driving the mom taxi, Lisa enjoys camping with her friends, reading Sci-Fi books, and cooking. |

Jennifer Christman has been with Wind-lock since 1998. She started as the receptionist and moved into customer service after about 6 months. Jennifer enjoyed making the relationships that she still has with the customers to this day - she finds them all a pleasure to talk to and help out! In 2008, she worked on the inside sales team and has since moved back into the Customer Sales Support role. She has been married since 2006 and has two golden retrievers and a golden lab who are her babies. |

Jinna Cruz is the newest member of the Customer Sales Support team. Originally from Puerto Rico, Jinna is fluent in Spanish, and able to assist any of our Spanish-speaking customers. She has four wonderful children (three girls and one boy) whom she loves taking to the movies or zoo on the weekends. Other than spending time with her family, Jinna loves watching classic horror flicks and vacationing in Puerto Rico during the holiday season. |

Paul Bartell - DOW Products Sales
Paul started with Wind-lock in 1997 and has been happily married for over 20 years. If you have a Mountain Dew and a Snickers bar to share, you'll be his best friend! When he's not working, he's active with the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life. He enjoys coaching his younger son's flag football team and playing Santa during the holidays! Paul's product knowledge is expansive and he's always willing to assist any of our customers.

Dan Chelli - Mid-Atlantic Sales
When this Penn State grad isn't on the road selling, he lives and breathes Indianapolis Colts football and Philadelphia Phillies baseball. Also a snowboarder, Dan enjoys hanging out with friends on the weekends, as well as keeping up on what is going on in the business and sports world. Dan has been with Wind-lock since 2008 full time, and spent over 10 years as an intern.

Lynn Christ - Customer Advocate
Lynn has worked for Wind-lock since 1992. When she isn't working with her Northeast customers, she's singing barbershop harmonies with the Sweet Adelines. She has been a part of the Greater Harrisburg chapter for many years and has competed three times at the international level. Lynn has three children and is living it up with her husband as they enjoy life as empty nesters.

Denise Dean - National Accounts Manager
Denise joined the Wind-lock team in November of 2010. She brought with her more than 15 years of sales experience, 6 of which were with a drywall tools master distributor. She held various roles including sales representative up to National Sales Director. Denise is located in Georgia and enjoys many outdoor activities and is an avid reader.

Tanoy Douglass - Northeast Sales
Always well-dressed with sharp shoes, Tanoy joined the Wind-lock team in March of 2005. Known around the office for singing while he works, he wasn't actually hired because of his singing. He likes traveling and seeing his customers in person, while seeing the sites of the Northeast. Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Tanoy enjoys spending time with his family and buying new shoes, fulfilling that crazy shoe fetish he has!

Steve Guthrie - West Sales
Warmly dubbed "The New Guy" by his fellow colleagues, Steve joined the Wind-lock staff in 2010. When he's not traveling and meeting with customers, Steve finds time to relax by the pool with family, friends, and the pups. During those "frigid" Southern California winter months, you'll find him digging his way out of sand traps on the golf course or sitting in front of the TV, living and dying with his beloved Kansas City Chiefs.

Jason Horowitz - National Product Manager
Jason came on board in 2007 to manage a new dynamically growing venture in DOW Building Solutions products sales. He is an avid rugby enthusiast and coaches a variety of teams including the very successful Men's Rugby Team at Kutztown University. He enjoys working with both high school and collegiate level rugby players, and helping them develop skills as student-athletes.

Tina Kirkland - Interior Inside Sales
No stranger to the drywall industry, Tina has been in the business since 1997. Outside of drywall, she loves spending time with her daughter and husband, and cheering on her favorite college football team - the Tennessee Volunteers. Tina is extremely dedicated to her customers and takes pride in the whole company's approach to superior customer service.

Sarah Lichty - Midwest and Eastern Canada Sales
Sarah has been with Wind-lock since 2005 and enjoys the traveling aspect of her job very much. She especially enjoys traveling to Canada to get those highly coveted "stamps" on her passport. When she isn't globetrotting for Wind-lock, Sarah can be found riding her bike or spending time with her nieces and nephews. During baseball season, Sarah enjoys cheering on her favorite team, the Philadelphia Phillies.

Tara Loftus - Interior/Stealth Product Manager
After 14 years in the travel business, Tara was ready to switch careers. She started at Wind-lock in July of 2003 and never looked back! Tara truly believes that Wind-lock is a great "gang" of people. When she's not e-mailing Australia or working on the next big Stealth Access Panel project, you can usually find her at the ice hockey rink watching her son trying to become the next Philadelphia Flyer!
