Valued Wind-lock customers, we have made recent changes to our return policies. Please refer to the following forms for details:

No merchandise may be returned without a return authorization number from the Wind-lock® Credit and Return Department. If the return is authorized, transportation charges must be prepaid. If goods are found defective, we will replace them free of charge. For help receiving your return authorization number please contact us at 1.800.872.5625 or email rma@wind-lock.com.

Damaged products caused by abuse, misuse or neglect will be repaired and returned only at the buyer's written request. We will not be responsible for any merchandise returned that has been out of the facility twelve months or longer. Merchandise that has been discontinued cannot be returned.
